    CaFFEET (California France Forum on Energy Efficiency Technologies) is an annual conference organized by the Office for Science and Technology at the Embassy, EDF, PRIME and French Tech Hub. Its aim is to promote the exchange of technical and scientific knowledge in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency between two major low-carbon economies: France & California.

    Sacramento Hometown Heroes: "Merci!"

    The Consul General of France in San Francisco, Pauline Carmona, and the honorary consul of France in Sacramento, Guy Michelier, attended the Sept. 11 ‪parade‬ honoring the three Sacramento men who subdued a gunman on a train in France.

    9/11: Parade in Sacramento

    Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos and Anthony Sadler will be honored with a parade in the state capital on 9/11 (at noon on the Capitol Mall). We will celebrate three heroes whose courage contributed to stop a gunman on a high-speed Thalys train traveling to Paris from Amsterdam on August 21, and to avoid what could have been a horrible tragedy.
